By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), including any purchase of products, browsing, or interaction with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). a. Product Descriptions

However, we do not warrant that such information is error-free, complete, or current. Colors may vary depending on your device display. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time without prior notice. If a product offered by us does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

b. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspicion of fraud, or non-compliance with our trade restrictions. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund to the original payment method. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by resellers, wholesalers, or unauthorized bulk purchasers.

c. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping, taxes, and customs duties unless explicitly stated. Payment must be completed at checkout via our accepted payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.). By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it. We use third-party payment processors who are PCI-DSS compliant; we do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

d. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms are governed by our Shopping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

e. Important Notice – Torch Lighters

All torch lighters and jet flame lighters are shipped without butane gas to comply with air transport safety regulations. They are delivered empty. You must fill them with premium butane gas before use. We are not responsible for any damage or malfunction caused by improper filling or use of unsuitable gas.

4. International Trade Restrictions and Sanctions Compliance

We strictly comply with all applicable international trade laws, embargoes, and sanctions. We do not accept orders from, ship to, or engage in any transactions with individuals, entities, or jurisdictions that are subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions.

Specifically, we do not accept orders or ship to the following countries or territories: Burundi, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, Afghanistan, Belarus, Libya, Myanmar, South Sudan, Iraq, Somalia, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Iran, and Russia. This list may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in sanctions regimes. By placing an order, you confirm that you are not a resident or national of any such restricted jurisdiction and that the products will not be re-exported to any restricted jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, videos, software, and compilations, is the exclusive property of XYOLIAN LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.
